Apparel Policy
We care about our customers and are proud to offer a 30 day returns on our products if you do not like them.
To complete your return or for an exchange of a different size, please email us at info@larrysafterhours.com to let us know so we can note this on your account and provide instruction.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery of your product. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Apparel Exchanges
We replace items if they are of incorrect size or do not fit you properly, and items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@larrysafterhours.com.
Shipping
USA apparel orders can return for free. We will send you a return label when you contact us. International orders will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Apparel Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the full purchase amount.
Late or missing refunds
It may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted to your credit card account. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@larrysafterhours.com.
Wall Art Policy
As each piece is custom printed, mounted and framed just for you, we are unable to accept returns. We can work out a return in certain situations but will require the customer to pay return shipping.
If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please get in touch and we will get a new piece sent to you as soon as possible.
